The Production Management module within Renaissance, allows users and stakeholders to check the status of the entire production process. From Design and Artworking, Photography, Retouching, Colour Swatch Matching to final asset or proof approval, there is a clear and concise overview of the projects progress, enabling our clients to stay on top of impending deadlines.
Image previews automatically update as changes are made, allowing you to track previous revisions. There is also the ability to generate QR codes from the system to track product samples or digital files. This ensures that products are not missed from the photography shoot and colour matching has been completed to a high standard and returned to the customer when completed. Along with a trackable history record and status reports, every step along the production route has a full audit trail of who did what and when it was completed, with all stakeholders fully included and kept up to date of any changes.
The Renaissance Product Information Management (PIM) module ensures that product details including SKUs, descriptions, pricing and sizing information are all managed and accurate, eliminating the costly mistakes of using out of date data.
Changes within the Renaissance PIM can update all the linked media output channels simultaneously, ensuring your brand communications are delivering constant, accurate, reliable, real-time information. And the addition of the Adobe InDesign plug-in which enables designers to utilise predefined page templates and layouts, makes content creation even more efficient and consistent.
